Where the link is

We email tracking the moment the carrier scans your parcel. Look in the inbox you ordered with — and in spam, which is where shipping notifications end up more often than anyone expects.

Nothing has arrived yet

If it is fewer than 5–7 business days since you ordered, your set is still on the print floor and has not shipped. Nothing has gone wrong; there is simply nothing to track yet.

Tracking has stopped moving

Scans go quiet mid-route more often than people realise, especially between countries. Once it has been silent for 7 days, send your order number to support@miravoventures.com and we will chase it.

Marked delivered, nothing there

Check with neighbours and around the property first — most parcels surface within a day. If yours does not, tell us and we will reship or refund.
